Progress Report on e-Government in The Netherlands

paperThe report is focused on how different e-Government components are being used and implemented. It also analyzes the progress that has been made in developing the necessary basic facilities and in meeting some previously established undertakings.

Some of those facilities are ‘DigiD’, an authentication system, ‘e-Forms’, or standarized electronic forms for notifications, complaints, licences and permits; and ‘Business Service Points’ a single website where entrepreneurs willing to start or expand their business can browse for answers.

The level of achievement of certain objectives is shown in the document, as well as some of the next milestones.
