Access Glasgow, or creating a 21st Century City

Access Glasgow is the answer of the City to a demand  of high quality and responsive services at an affordable cost. A solid assumption behind this vision is that e-Government is a key force to radically improve government services for citizens.

Stakeholders of the project fall into five groups: ‘Citizens, or those who live in Glasgow; ‘Elected Members and Staff of the Council’; ‘Visitors’ who come to the City; ‘Businesses’ based in Glasgow or considering locating there;and ‘Partners’ from all sectors including Health, and Police.

Access Glasgow becomes a vehicle to transform the administration of the Council and to deliver services to citizens more effectively.
