e-Participation Forum 2007 in Seoul
Organized by the Guro District, home of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, the conference, with the theme of “Promoting Democracy & Regional Development”, will be held in Seoul on February 7-9, 2007.
According to the conference website, the forum will focus on finding a new paradigm for citizen centered administration and regional development through the application of ICT and the cooperation local government and private sector.
Mayors from different cities in Asia and Oceania, IT specialists, international organizations and experts from the academic sector will gather.
